Shipping Policy

We always aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. All orders placed before 11:00am Monday to Thursday are usually delivered within 48-72 hours; however, this is subject to the shipping courier.

All orders placed before 11:00am, Monday to Thursday, are guaranteed to be dispatched within 48 hours or on the day of payment confirmation.

Any orders placed after 11:00am will be dispatched the following business day. (Provided we have received payment for the order.)

Please note that most shipping couriers do not deliver parcels on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. 

 

All Vape & Beyond orders are shipped in unmarked packaging.

If you have not received your parcel after 7 working days have elapsed, please contact our support team at vapeandbeyond.ie@gmail.com and the matter will be investigated.
